Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Flux Studio ('we', 'us') collects, uses, and protects information when you use our fashion production platform. We design our products to be privacy-preserving by default.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, organization, and authentication identifiers needed to provide the service.

Content you upload: garment images, brand assets, reference material, and the digital twins and generated assets produced from them.

Usage data: feature interactions, generation counts, and performance metrics used to operate and improve the platform.

2. How We Use Information

To provide the core service — analyzing garments, learning brand identity, and generating assets on your behalf.

To meter usage against your plan, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private brand or garment assets to train shared foundation models.

3. Data Storage & Tenancy

Your data is logically isolated per organization using row-level security. Members of one organization cannot access another organization’s assets.

Generated assets and uploads are stored in encrypted object storage. Access requires authenticated, authorized sessions.

4. AI Processing

Garment analysis and validation are performed by third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic) and our image-generation partners under data-processing agreements.

Inputs are transmitted securely and are not retained by us beyond what is necessary to deliver and validate your results.

5. Your Rights

You can access, export, or request deletion of your organization’s data subject to your plan and applicable law.

Account owners control member access and retention settings within the platform.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account owners.
